Looking for reliable leadership and strong availability. Availability between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. British time is a pré.

High priority. LUX needs active staff who can serve guests and handle online orders. Availability between 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. British time is a pré.

Priority role. Security must be trustworthy and properly licensed.
Open Positions
Bar/kitchen staff, guest relations, and entertainment may be used at any point to deliver online orders.
Looking for 1
Helps manage events, orders, memberships, VIP handling as priority, and complaints.
Requirements
Strong leadership, good communication, professional attitude, reliability, and the ability to handle problems without creating more of them.
Pay / Bonus
Paid according to management wage. Bonuses may be paid by Lucifer for strong RP, high availability, and sales.
Looking for 4
Takes orders at the bar, manages online orders, handles guests, makes and serves drinks and food.
Requirements
Good guest interaction, reliable service RP, ability to handle orders, and willingness to help with deliveries when needed.
Pay / Bonus
Paid according to staff wage every 10–15 minutes while working. Bonuses may be paid for good RP, availability, and sales.
Looking for 5
Keeps the club safe, handles trouble, protects staff and guests, and enforces house rules.
Requirements
Must have a gun licence and a gun. Needs calm judgement, strong RP, and the ability to de-escalate before escalating.
Pay / Bonus
Paid according to security wage. Bonuses may be paid for event support, reliability, and good conflict RP.
Looking for 3
DJs create playlists and find suitable songs for LUX. Allowed genres are piano bar, jazz, and classic rock. Entertainment may include singing, dancing, pole dancing, themed nights, and keeping conversations alive with guests.
Requirements
Must understand the LUX atmosphere. DJs need suitable playlists. Entertainers need confidence, good RP, and comfort being part of themed nights.
Pay / Bonus
Paid according to entertainment wage. Bonuses may be paid for strong performances, themed nights, and guest engagement.
Looking for 3
Handles special guests, seating, VIPs, new visitors, entrance flow, and direct communication with management and security.
Requirements
Friendly, organised, professional, confident with guests, and able to communicate with management/security when needed.
Pay / Bonus
Paid according to host wage. Bonuses may be paid for excellent guest care, VIP handling, and sales support.
Expectations
Good RP quality.
Respectful behaviour.
Professional attitude IC and OOC.
No illegal business outside of LUX. LUX’s public image must remain neutral.
No stealing.
No abusing staff access.
Be active when possible. Inactive staff may be fired.
OOC communication is required, especially around availability.
