House Rules

Entry to LUX is a privilege granted by management and may be revoked at any time. Upon entering the venue, guests agree to abide by LUX rules, staff instructions, and management decisions. Lucifer Morningstar is the proprietor of LUX. His authority over the venue, its operation, and its atmosphere is final unless directly overridden by city law or an immediate threat to life.

Rivalries, arrogance, flirtation, tension, business disagreements, and conflict may be roleplayed. Harassment, discrimination, griefing, personal attacks, or intentionally ruining another person's experience are prohibited. Instructions given by staff, security, or management are expected to be followed immediately. Disagreements may be discussed after the scene has concluded.

Guests entering LUX may be required to surrender weapons to security, secure them elsewhere, or leave the property. Firearms, knives, explosives, batons, or other weapons may not be displayed, threatened, aimed, or used within LUX. Law enforcement officers, gang members, civilians, and security personnel are equally subject to this policy while attending as guests. Failure to comply with security instructions regarding weapons may result in immediate refusal of entry or removal.

Assault, kidnapping, robbery, executions, hostage situations, and violent acts inside LUX are prohibited unless explicitly approved by management as part of a planned scene or event. Security and management determine whether conflict ends, pauses, relocates outside, or is permitted to continue.

Private conversations remain private. Openly using LUX to facilitate crime damages the neutrality and reputation of the venue. Management reserves the right to end scenes which place LUX itself at risk.

Do not steal from staff, storage, tills, kitchens, bars, vehicles, backstage areas, or venue property. This includes vehicles parked outside the venue. Staff access, job permissions, menus, storage, and business systems are privileges. Abuse of those privileges may lead to firing, removal, or a ban.

Staff rooms, kitchens, storage rooms, offices, backstage areas, private lounges, elevators, VIP sections, and management areas require permission. Membership, friendship, status, wealth, occupation, or law enforcement position does not grant access. Unauthorized entry may result in removal from the venue.

Guests who request privacy should be respected. Private meetings, offices, staff areas, kitchens, and restricted locations are considered confidential.

Guests are expected to contribute to the atmosphere rather than diminish it. Excessive drunkenness, screaming, constant disruptions, harassment, blocking service, or deliberately damaging the mood may result in removal. You do not need wealth or status to enter LUX. You only need to behave as though you belong.

Guests are expected to treat staff respectfully. Payment may be required before service. Orders, deliveries, memberships, reservations, and events remain subject to management approval. Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been provided.

Security and management may refuse you entry, conduct searches, hold weapons for safekeeping, remove guests, end disturbances with or without force as needed. Failure to comply with reasonable security instructions may result in removal, physical actions, or a ban.

Do not use the venue for trolling, chaos, baiting fights, low-effort roleplay, unrealistic behaviour, hiding from consequences, or forcing scenes onto unwilling players. The venue may not be used as a shield against legitimate consequences, nor may it be used as an excuse to ruin scenes occurring within it.

During performances, events, concerts, parties, or hosted gatherings, instructions given by hosts, security, and management take priority. Disrupting performances, sabotaging events, interrupting music, or derailing planned scenes is prohibited.

LUX may contain nightlife roleplay, flirtation, dancing, and adult themes. Consent always comes first. Romantic, sexual, or uncomfortable roleplay may not be forced upon another player. When boundaries are expressed, they must be respected.

LUX is an in-character venue. Do not use OOC pressure, arguments, threats, reports, friendships, faction status, or external influence to obtain an in-character advantage within LUX.

Once you step through the doors, you enter as a guest. Your power, your reputation, your enemies, and your authority remain outside. Inside LUX, all stand equal beneath the Morningstar.

Memberships may provide recognition, discounts, priority service, invitations, and access depending on the tier. Membership may be denied, suspended, revoked, or refused at management's discretion. Membership does not grant immunity from rules, investigations, bans, or disciplinary action. Do not share membership card numbers or attempt to use someone else’s membership.

Management may refuse entry, refuse service, revoke memberships, deny applications, remove guests, fire staff, or end scenes that threaten the venue. Not every situation requires a written rule. If your behaviour damages the venue, the RP, the staff, the guests, or the atmosphere, management may act. Management decisions are final within the venue.

The first violation may result in a warning. The second violation may result in removal. Violence, threats, weapons, assaults, deliberate disruption, or actions that endanger guests may result in immediate removal without warning. Management is not obligated to provide additional chances.
